Lauren Barker Event Design website goes live

We have just designed and launched a website for Yorkshire based events company Lauren Barker Event Design. The company specialise in providing personal event design management and offer services including theatrical sets, lighting, costumes and make up to their clients, which range from small local businesses to large multinational corporations.

The brief for the project was to create a website that was both easy to navigate, and reflected the high quality event design management service they provide. This was achieved by creating a clean, well spaced layout, combined with striking photography of previous projects to showcase the creativity of Lauren Barker Event Design to potential clients.

Another requirement for the site was the ability for a member of the Lauren Barker team to update the website with latest news articles and photographs from recently completed projects. With this in mind the website was designed to run on WordPress which has a very intuitive and powerful content management system. We also created a comprehensive ‘How To’ guide that related specifically to the Lauren Barker Event Design website to answer any possible technical issues that may arise.
