What we did (and how we did it)
Being an avid camper, I was really excited to work on the branding and website design for a new Yorkshire campsite, Peel Park Camping. As the campsite was a new venture for the client, I was happy to share my past experiences under canvas and offer advice on the best way to market the campsite to people wanting to camp in this beautiful part of Yorkshire. Based on a working farm in the Howardian Hills, Peel Park Camping is ideally situated for walkers, cyclists and mountain bikers, looking to explore the stunning surroundings.
Firstly we designed a clean modern logo. We decided that using a nice dark green would best reflect the ‘back to nature’ aspect of the business. Using bright green accent colour created a nice contrast and visual interest which would be carried throughout the website. The main selling point of Peel Park is it’s location. Situated in the North Yorkshire Howardian Hills, the area is a mecca for walkers, cyclists and mountain bikers from all over of the UK. To really promote this, we used stunning photography to showcase the activities and scenery around ever corner.
